The tier list overall is based on the build's performance in high endgame content.
This includes Uber Lilith kills, Tier 100 Nightmare Dungeon push, Helltides, consistent Duriel Farm and Abattoir of Zir Potential.
Tier List Criteria:
- Single Target and Burst damage to take down Elites and Bosses
- Mobility and Speed to measure overall best timers that the build can showcase across different types of content
- Survivability and Defenses against higher Tier Dungeons (T90-100) with bad modifiers
- Difficulty of the playstyle and how hard it is to grasp from the get go
S tier builds generally overperform expectations. A tier builds perform as expected to clear all content, and B tier underperforms a little but still stays in the meta. C tier reserved for underperforming builds that were nerfed or never was balanced properly but still popular among some players.
This tier list may change based on the discoverability of new synergies or approaches to the builds.
